ZEN RETREAT description:

The ZEN RETREAT starts on every New Moon. It is a 7 day Yoga and Meditation retreat on an overall stay of 8 days including the welcoming day.

The aim of the ZEN RETREAT is to associate the theoric basis of Yoga with the physical practice, to make it more efficient and relevant.

The retreat is made to be easy to follow for beginners, and still interesting for advanced practicioner, so everyone is welcome to join whatever your level and physical condition are. 

The style of Hatha Yoga we embody in *Zen House, Yoga&Meditation Garden* is mainly meditative, with each posture maintained one by one in long duration, developping the concentration on the chakra activated and the energy transfer. It is known to be the first form of Yoga ever done. 

Some more dynamic practices are on for the Sun Salutation and the Intuitive Yoga in Music. 

As the main purpose of Yoga is to reach out some deeper meditative state of mind, some daily sessions of pure meditation are planned through the experiencing of five variants.

Accommodations:

Four types of accommodation are available to choose:

The space is limited to eight participants.

 

- Tent in the beautiful garden under the shade of the mango trees. 

- Dharana room: queen size double bed, fan and mosquito screen. 

- Dhyana room: queen size double bed, fan and airconditionning (with a responsible use of  it,  8 / 10 hours per 24h)

- Samadhi room: large bedroom with king size double bed, fan and airconditionning (with a responsible use of  it, 8 / 10 hours per 24h)
