The Zen 2-day Silent Retreat is made to anyone wishing to experience the joy of being in silence, getting to the self a deep rest of simplicity, and a new way to learn from the inner self.
The style of Meditation you are going to explore is the traditional Vipassana, issued from the Theravada Buddhism, the most popular in Thailand and practiced by the monks.

Program
Day 1 : welcome anytime on Friday
Day 2 & 3 : COMPLETE SILENCE
7 to 8 am : guided Meditation
8 am : breakfast, bowl of oat with fruits
9 am : physical exercise specific for meditation posture
10 am : karma yoga > chores (chill out style)
12 pm : vegetarian lunch
1 to 4 pm : karma yoga > chores (chill out style)
4 pm : physical exercise specific for meditation posture
4 :30 to 6:30 pm : guided Meditation
6 :30 pm : herbal tea
Accommodations:
Four types of accommodation are available to choose:
The space is limited to twelve participants.
- Tent in the beautiful garden under the shade of the mango trees.
- Dharana room: queen size double bed, fan and mosquito screen.
- Dhyana room: queen size double bed, fan and airconditionning (with a responsible use of it, 8 / 10 hours per 24h)
- Samadhi room: large bedroom with king size double bed, fan and airconditionning (with a responsible use of it, 8 / 10 hours per 24h)
